In the past days, weeks and months it has become more and more clear: Our public health systems are only as good as the willingness of governing politicians to invest in the medical sector.
And who wants to make themselves dependent on it, with their health and ultimately even with their lives?
In particular, the equipment of hospitals with intensive care beds and the corresponding staff is in many cases not up to the level required to respond to a spreading contagious disease.
A virus – and there will be many more – entails greater dangers for the weaker, who cannot adequately defend themselves against it due to previous illnesses or an immune system that has “completely or partially fallen asleep” due to poor nutrition or a poor lifestyle.
The coronavirus, the Covid-19 crisis, has made it clear to everyone that it is essential to stay healthy by supporting your immune system, minimizing environmental influences such as air pollution, and cardiovascular and respiratory diseases by a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and diet.
A society always records the highest death rates among older people with previous illnesses and people who have no access to healthy nutrition; no matter whether out of ignorance or out of poverty.
Overweight, high blood pressure and diabetes are even greater risk factors in times of a medical crisis than they already are in “normal” times.
Of course, a basic service is provided by our modern societies in most countries today. But the – sometimes decisive – last bit of security, if there is any, can only be built by everyone. By the process, to be finding your way in your own life. By the way, he or she deals with the often stressful demands of personal life and work. The way you spend your free time and the way you treat your body.
Some people tend to forget about their bodies for years in a row.
A correspondence between well-being, well-feeling, and the body is not seen. It is not recognized how strong are the sometimes life-determining emotions that are directed directly by our body. Often the mind simply does not see that it is dependent and even controlled by the body in which it lives. To put it simply: Our biological nature is the basis of our life. And this still as of today …
This applies to us as well as to all other living beings with whom we are sharing our natural environment.
With the same care and the same sense of responsibility with which I do the work that has been entrusted to me or with my own business, I must also guard, monitor and protect my body and thus my life and positively influence its development.
On the following page I will give you a personal tip. I will tell you how to get back into shape as quickly as possible for a body that has unfortunately already suffered damage in years of improper nutrition and lack of exercise, how to help such a body.
I will show you how important good and fresh food is for our body and well-being.
You will be able to read how to use adequate food to detoxify your body, shape it through weight loss, and even “rejuvenate” it.
Because most of us are given a biological age from your doctors, which in the best case corresponds to your chronological age. But that can also be different – the biological age of our body can also be 10 or 20 years younger. A 60-year-old person can have a body that the doctor would certify to be 45 years old.
And this is mainly due to good food – healthy nutrition.
